Living room before and after examples
Empty, cluttered or unfinished living spaces are the hardest for buyers to read. These examples show the same room furnished, decluttered and restyled.
Furnishing an empty room
A bare lounge is furnished with a sofa, rug, lighting and art scaled to the real dimensions of the room. Walls, floor, windows and camera angle are preserved so the staging matches what a buyer sees at the viewing.

Decluttering a lived-in room
Cables, paperwork and personal items are removed while the furniture and architecture stay in place. Decluttering is usually the fastest way to make an occupied property photograph like a show home.

Finishing a new-build shell
An unfinished unit with bare concrete and exposed wiring is presented as a completed, furnished living room — the same shell, the same window, with flooring, paint and furniture added.

Changing the design language
The same penthouse restyled into a different design direction: new palette, textiles and hero pieces, identical layout and sightlines.

Brightening a dark, dated lounge
Heavy curtains, brown suites and patterned carpet give way to a light oak floor, linen seating and sheer curtains. Same window, same walls, same camera — the room simply reads twice as large and twice as bright.
